I have no clue what you have available to you but you can make a simple slam fired shot gun with simple pipe. Assuming you have access to normal 12ga ammunition. Its relatively safe as long as you use common sense.

joke aside, fire remotely first with fool proof load is the standard to test your firearm (I prefer 200% Over pressure)
