I can relate. Many years ago I had a prescription for some weapons-grade naproxen, one morning while running late for work (I worked in a restaurant) I took one on an empty stomach and I figured I would eat something when I got to work. Turns out 20 minutes was not enough time. I am very sensitive to those things and I wanted to die. I was literally bent over just holding my stomach it hurt so much.

Bro, this happens to me with Nyquil. NEVER take Nyquil on an empty stomach. I took it on an empty stomach, with a fever, on my period (hella cramps), and I was home all alone. I screamed and cried until I passed out.
