...and I am only 33 years late, better late than never, I guess! 🤷🏼♀️, lol! 😅*
(*=in my defense, I was, unfortunately, only 9 years old when this was first released. Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men and Disney was all I was permitted to listen to during this time.)

I still have the cassette tape and listen to it every few weeks.

Found a copy at goodwill still plays great. The Primus song is the best

This came out 3 days before my 14th bday. I bought this and Metallica's Live Shit Binge& Purge for myself for my bday. That box set was nearly 140 alone, that's like 300 in today's dollars. I mowed a lot of lawns for them bad boys.

When I got my first CD player in 1993, this was the first CD I was given for Christmas.

First of all, I absolutely love your username and second of all, lucky!!! By this I mean that your parents were cool enough to actually let you keep it. Me? I was around 12 or 13 when, I spotted a comic in the newspaper that, for some reason, I found particularly funny and legit LOLed. My egg donor was within earshot of this and wanted to know what it was that I found to be that funny. The comic showed a cat, sitting behind its food bowl and a woman's hand was shown pouring food into said bowl. Despite this, the cat was clearly annoyed and angry. The thought bubble next to its head read: "Dang. I thought she was gonna turn on Beavis and Butthead!". I was immediately grounded for a week simply because my egg donor heard me say: "Beavis and Butthead". 🙄

I bought this at backstage music the day it dropped. Then a week later I won a copy from a radio call in contest!@

Damn! What you do with the extra copy?
While I am old enough to remember brick and mortar record stores (and dare I say, cassette tapes, lol!), I don't specifically remember Backstage. I was/am on the east coast, and remember Goody's and there were a couple of others that I can't remember the names of off the top of my head, but Backstage doesn't ring a bell. My favorites, and the only decent thing northeastern FloriDUH had going for it, were the "mom 'n' pop stores that sold both new and used CDs and other music related merch. I acquired some definite gems from those places (and was able to sell/trade my boyband shit for REAL music!).
