Made a Radio App using Python

Here's my Github page if you are interested!
- What it does: It uses radio station's online live broadcast without actually opening their website, and plays them (Basically uses the Online websites of the stations without spiking RAM usage).
- Target audience: Everyone who dreamed of listening to Radio on your PC without opening a browser.
-
Comparison: I haven't found any other projects, but i guess i'll compare it to the official Radio Station's websites:
-
No Ads: the title speaks for itself, except for the Radio ads they include in the broadcast, there is no ads like pop ups or cookies accept...
-
Less RAM usage: Unlike in your standart browsers, it doesn't eat your RAM whatsoever, like max ram usage is 34MB!!! Back in 1995 maybe it was huge, but now, with people having 16, 32, 64 GB of RAM, it's literally nothing!
-
Free: Yep, as the rules and I want, it's completely free!
Only cons: Not EVERY Radio Station is available, cuz some stations block the access to their broadcast if some random ass app tries reading the audio, so don't be mad if sometime soon when you use my app, and connect to some station, you will hear static or nothing at all (also I will try my best to avoid and fix that!)!

UPDATE: Just uploaded the script... Happy now u/rcakebread, u/Professional_Set4137?

I just gave you a star

Thx

I'm sure this is only one script, maybe only one 3000 line class, since it's so obviously ai generated. It would only take 5 seconds to upload the script so people can build it themselves and not have to put blind faith into your exe.

You know when you sent this comment? 2 AM... I think any normal people would sleep at this time, if not, idk what your standart sleep is. Like sure i will upload the script, but shit i just woke up, let a man have a life.

What does it actually do? Play Shoutcast streams? Why is the code not in the git repository?

Thats kinda my first open-source project, so uhh, i lack knowledge about GitHub

You've uploaded an exe file into your github project, instead of your project's code. Exe files have "compiled machine code", they are not open source because we can't even see the source code in the first place. Finds like these are usually called "binary" files, and ideally you should avoid uploading binary files into your GitHub projects. You should upload the "source code" instead.
