iManage - what tool do you use to import large folder structures?

We have the Phoenix tool currently, but it is slow, needs a separate machine for each instance to run concurrently which makes it expensive and time consuming, and we often get large exports with metadata files separated out from the docs. Wed like something that could recombine/recompile these.

Look at the RBRO tools... they have one for this, I think it's called ImportManagement?

Our Client Records team users Litera PowerDesktop for our Imports and Exports.
We limit folders so we use it to collapse folder structures based on a spreadsheet.

Same. Also it’s multithreaded, runs multiple jobs concurrently. Definitely handles index files, it’s the standard method our team uses, and allowing for truncation of too-long paths in both directions iirc, which we run into for exports requiring filenames instead of doc numbers+index. It’s enabled them to be very agile for imports and exports. Switched to it from whatever RBRO product and from what they say it’s been a huge boost.
