Fields/walking trails to see flowers?

My parents are new to the area and I’d like to take them to see bluebonnets and/or other wild flowers, where do you recommend? Bonus if it’s dog friendly!

Bluebonnet Trail Greenbelt. Do is ASAP, bluebonnets are full bloom. Park at Jack Carter dogpark.

I’m not certain about trails. But on Independence Parkway by legacy, there’s bluebonnets in the grass separating the two sides of the road. When they bloom, they’re gorgeous!
