Im uninsured and currently need varicella vaccine for my immigration process. Denton public health doesnt have one for adults. Any other place i can go to? The clinic i went to quoted me $225 for that. Im looking for other options. Help

You can use a GoodRx if you are paying cash. But a quick search shows it’s around $200 at most retail pharmacies.

Check the grocery pharmacy at Kroger or CVS and Walgreens.

Only use places approved by USCIS or you will be risking a delay/denial. This question is better for r/uscis

Yes for civil surgeons. You can get a vaccine anywhere. The cheapest ones are at walmart

This isn’t true. They can get the vaccine anywhere they want. It’s the medical exam that has to be taken with a USCIS approved doctor.

Oh my bad! I already went to a clinic from the uscis website for my medical exam. Theyre the one who suggested denton public health for cheaper option ($10/ shot)

Ask HEB pharmacy

Maybe Costco or Sam’s Club? You don’t need a membership card to use the pharmacy. 💙

Did you check the health department in McKinney?

Collin County public health is a joke... If Denton doesn't have it maybe try Parkland?

I've only had good experiences with the one in McKinney.

I didnt think about that. I just tried to call them and it went to voicemail. I will go there tomorrow. Thanks!
