I am visiting London at the end of April and looking forward to this trip. Just seeking recommendations regarding favored pubs / english breakfast / other restaurants that locals are big fans of. Really anything that you would like to share goes

Not a pub but I’d definitely recommend a dinner at St. John in Marylebone.

He’s basically the father of nose to tail cooking.
And it’s amazingly good at all of their locations.

DO NOT GO TO GREGGS if you want a sausage roll. Find yourself a local bakery and get a freshly baked one from there. Nothing beats it

Why not ask in a London sub instead of a UK sub?

The Jackalope is excellent, about a 10-15 minute walk.

nice area, north of regents park is Primrose Hill, some nice gastro pubs, the queens, the engineer, the albert. Down the road Camden Town has a lot of options, some great ,some grungy!
South of the park is Marylebone high st, lots of good pubs around there, though i cant remember the names sorry

Pubs - Sam Smiths are worth looking for, no nasty music blaring, cheap drinks, and nice victorian decor, no food, but worth popping in for a pint The Cock on great portland st was my local , great vibe on a friday evening. Worth wandering around Soho as well ,loads of pubs and everyone out on the streets after work

Fitrovia/goodge st/cleveland rd- a load of really good places on the back streets in that area that serve the workday lunch crowd

Well your not far from baker street so there are plenty restaurants and pubs around there. Been a while since I lived in London and I was Greenwich, South London. However there was a nice fish and chip restaurant there and called seashells or something like that.

I’ll try to look it up!

London is colossal. Where are you staying?

Regents park

Might want to narrow it down to the area you are looking at? Otherwise it’s literally thousands of places that people could recommend

Fair point, regents park
