Added the gun oli made it a little bit better but still seems to be an issue with the front of it?

There's a U-shaped ridge inside the frame. My guess is it's probably binding on the recoil spring.
But I would double check first before trimming it down.

Every time I take the slide off the spring isn’t in place I keep having to push it back down like in the video

I'm pretty certain it's the recoil spring channel. It's a common issue that newbies run into. When they're working on an 80% Glock.

You'll need to trim the whole ridge lower. With a Dremel or knife.
