Best restaurants in Dallas?

Hi friends! For my birthday I’m looking for a restaurant that’s on the higher quality end. I want a good steak or nice pasta with maybe a few craft cocktails on the side. I looked at Al bernaits but it looks like the cocktail menu is lacking a little and looks like they do mostly seafood. Not trying to spend a TON of money, but I do want to dress up nice and have a good meal and drink.

Town Hearth in design district. Great cocktails, seasonal menu with plenty of steaks, and a Ducati on the menu if you need a ride home.
