Husband's makeshift "Chili Cheese Dog"

Pepperoncini hot sauce under the dogs, 2 have Ken's blue cheese sauce, all 4 have Blue Hog Wing Sauce on top. Pan fried in olive oil.

I dont know what the chili replacement is meant to be and at this point I'm too afraid to ask.

These are not chili dogs. These are sauce dogs. Cans of chili are less than $2. Go get some chili.

Okay. But you can’t just declare a food to be something just because that’s what you wanted but you didn’t have the ingredients for. If I offer someone tacos and give them a sloppy Joe on white bread, I’d get called out on it.

Also like the different applications of sauces and amounts. Because of being unsure of what would be good.

I do like sauce, and these dogs sound good, even if they don't look good. Might need an extra bun just to sop up the extra sauce. I'm down with that.

My thinking was, if hotdogs are a pork product. Then they're bacon adjacent. So peppers plus bacon plus blue cheese is similar to a wedge salad. Was pretty good.
