Vmac denial tab

This might be a really small brain question,do you “legally” have to install the denial tab in these Vmac kits?I would like to mess around with a frt but would need to take it out

also, be careful with the 'twitch' frt. they developer was working on it for a while, but is busy and released a beta for others to finish. he reported oob issues. as far as i can tell, the ones being sold are no different than the beta frt with issues.
