I think a lot of the hoity-toity worry these hick hoi polloi will all retire in houses right next to each other and ruin a whole block of real estate that their HOA won’t have the legal power or budget to challenge when they defy their gestapo lawn care rules…

Not really, but I figured it would be fun to say. Clearly there were some rich people so scared/angry at Clarkson that they hired a lawyer to sabotage his restaurant plans. You could imagine if these three were screwing around, stuffy neighbors would whinge about it.
