no, seriously why are ram drivers the worst and why do they think they're fast?

I drive a RAM and while I try not to drive like an A-hole (most of the time), I admit its pretty easy to drive aggessively. While RAM has a reputation for being less quality in the pickup world, they also build a truck that compared to others in the same market, tend to drive more like a car; at least in the most common 1500 series. Where most half-ton trucks use leaf springs in the rear, RAM uses coil springs, leading to a truck that rides, drives and handles surprisingly well for a pickup. For those who aren't familiar with pickups, you also have to realize, when unloaded a pickup can be "quick" compared to many cars plus they aren't using high-revving 4 cyl engines, they make power at lower RPMs without a lot of noise; add in the fact that anything above the base "Tradesman" trim has decent sound insulation and they plus RAM is known to make better interiors in their pickups than their competitors (reviews of the latest Tungsten trims put it on par with the best from BMW, Mercedes, etc in terms of quality materials and workmanship). What I'm getting at is that its pretty easy to drive one of these and not even realize you're driving like and A-hole because what you think is 55mph is really 80-85mph. This happened to me, coming from a Jeep Commander, when I first got the RAM back in 2015; I was coming out of Reading PA towards Lancaster and admittedly now I was driving like an A-hole, swerving between lanes, etc; at the time I remember thinking "why are all these idiots going so slow" and then finally looking down and seeing that I was over 80mph in a 50mph zone. Hopefully, I know my truck a lil better now after having it for 11 yrs, but I know on highways its still easy to not realize how fast I'm going. My wife's Bronco Sport - even with the larger engine option, you know when you're doing 80mph - the car feels less stable, the small size means it can sometimes get sucked into "gooves" in the road, the engine makes a moderate amount of noise at 2000 rpm; where the RAM just cruises at 80 running on 4 out of 8 cylinders, making very little noise and stays in-lline easily. TLDR - the design of these trucks makes it easy to not realize how fast you're going.
