I somehow got the 5 mag one from them for this same price back in February. They had one available in store and I couldn't pull my wallet out fast enough.
I do think the Ruger 22/45s that are floating around with the threaded barrels and silver pic rails are a better value unless you can get the 5 mag TX22 for under $350. Problem with the MKIV is the stock triggers are ass and a Volquartsen kit is another $150.

Not every trigger squeeze needs to be a full mag dump. Even popping 5 rounds brings big grins to the faces of everyone I've let try it. If I could get an FRT for my Mk. IV in the same price range as the TX22, I'd get 2 just to have a spare.

RangeUSA does not have a background check fee. I’ve bought several FFL items from them, never been charged once. They do have a 25$ xfer fee tho, but that’s pretty standard.
A lot of their new stuff and “clearance” sales aren’t really a deal but their bundles can be great if you catch it right.

Yea it's pretty annoying but it beats paying shipping and a $25-40 transfer fee at another FFL.
RangeUSA can be pretty competitive with the drop shippers if factoring in shipping+transfer you would otherwise pay. Otherwise their pricing is pretty meh if can't pick it up from one of their stores.
