One of the guys in my office has been eating pork scratchings for breakfast, washed down with a litre of chocolate milk. He also ate a whole packet of raw prawns because he didn't realise they weren't just a different sort of prawn. I wouldn't be too concerned about what you eat or what others think of it.

Egg sandwiches at home but I'd never eat them in an enclosed space shared with other people as I know how much they stink and how it lingers when other people eat them. Good old ham, lettuce, cucumber and sometimes cheese in that situation. Can't beat a classic.

Ever since I was a kid my favourite sandwich has always been cheese and pickle. I went through a phase a couple of years ago of always making chicken tikka, tomato and mayo sandwiches for work they were lush. Also cheese, ham, mayo and relish to emulate a sandwich Greggs used to do 20 years ago that I used to get every weekend when I went into town with my mates.

Lidl and Aldi has decent quality feta and it probably the cheapest which is always a bonus. Their cured meats and cheeses are excellent value for money

They'd be great with cheddar instead of feta. It's one cheese I'm not crazy about. I'll eat it in a Greek salad or with balsamic caramelised onions but I don't like the texture in a sandwich. Each to their own though 👍

As I said to each their own. I'd be adding some mango habanero sauce to my egg mayo but I know that's not fir everyone. Classic choices just a bit funny with feta when I can't see it while I'm eating it. One of the rare things I don't like. Found a new cheese I'd never tried before the other day. I think this would fall under the same category. It was some kind of fresh mozzarella I think it was called burrata might've had cream in it as well. Got it with a hello fresh meal. You cook the pasta and just before you serve it you drain and plonk it on top of the past8, slice it open and let it run over everything. 8 out of 10. Definitely be trying it again.

Ham, thin spread of mayo, finely chopped spring onions, grated cheddar cheese. Cream Cheese, ham, finely chopped mini tomatoes, lettuce. Tuna Crunch - tin of tuna, mixed with finely chopped shallot & celery, mixed with mayo, ground black pepper and a small squeeze of lemon juice. I sometimes add lettuce if got some in that needs using up. Pork lunch togue, finely chopped spring onions, finely chopped mini tomatoes and lettuce. Leftover meats - beef brisket, duck, pork, with various salad items using what ever is left in the fridge.

Hummus, shredded carrot, cucumber, cheese, spicy mayo. But i usually make or buy a "fancy" bread to go with my sandwiches. This week I made a rosemary foccacia, last week I made cheddar jalepeno ciabatta buns, the week before I bought a loaf of rye bread. When I feel fancy: micro greens, thin sliced baked tofu, pickled jalepenos.

Never a sandwich! I put various meals in a leftover jar: Curry and rice, lentil salad, stew, chicken salad, thick soup, yogurt and fruit. Always something different and it tastes good eaten from the glass jar, plus no waste.

Mashed avocado with chicken or almost anything with coleslaw. I also like hummus, but you’ve got to commit to three or four days! Some supermarkets and also Holland and Barratt sell vegetarian patè in squeezable metal tubes, which are great because they keep for ages.

I make the same most days. Ciabatta or panini, toasted in the oven with grated cheddar and red leicester, and deli meat like chorizo slices or salami. Once toasted, I put cucumber, small vine tomatoes, and mayo. My favourite and can be changed slightly depending on the meat :)

I don’t have a regular leave the house job - some Days but mostly at home. And I keep eating chicken breast, ham, spinach and mayo. I just love it. 😂 protein for the win. Egg can be a bit whiffy but do what you want. I like warm mushy egg sws but again a luxury being at home. I also don’t make them but love co op chicken salad sandwiches with prawn cocktail crisps. And a Dr Pepper ha. It’s just the whole package. I’ve tried to make BLT’s but it never works out for me. Also not had tuna in months. Went right off that
