How to publicise something just to school staff?

I am doing a survey that I need school teachers to fill out (will not post in this group/on this thread as this group doesn't allow advertising).
How am I best it?
With it being something that I want to spread to the whole of the UK, local groups won't be of much use and teaching groups only (typically) allow teachers to join and many don't allow publicity.
I am happy to pay for the publicity but, aside from Facebook/Instagram ads, I don't know what other options I have

Email the survey to every school you can find a reception email for.. if it comes from an education system email then even better.
Be polite, explain the situation and ask that if any teachers can spare a few minutes they take a look and reply.
Put a little effort in and save having it bombarded at people who, even if they are the target, will be just as likely skipping over ads like everybody else.

Thank you. I worried about schools ignoring the email but, in hindsight, this could easily be an FOI request

If you want to try on reddit, r/teachers and r/askuk might be good places

You could reach out to teachers Unions

Thank you- had mixed views regarding if the unions would help but I will definitely try

What's the survey for? If it's academic research or similar the education unions might be able to help

Thank you- vague to avoid this being an advert- in short looking to improve an issue around CAMHS but need to gather the views of teaching staff/current procedures in schools (every school is different) to highlight what the current issues are

You could try reaching out to teachers unions and/or big academy trust boards. A lot will depend on what the survey centres around as to whether it would be appropriate.
A union might be willing to add a link to their regular newsletter, if it was from someone collecting data to feed into their dissertation around (for example) class sizes and mental health for both teachers and students. Not so much if it is to try and get data on how many teachers partake in illegal activities.

Appreciate this thank you- vague so this isn't an advert- I'm looking at improving something around under 18s mental health services (CAMHS) and one issue I'm exploring is around schools so the survey is an anonymous survey asking about certain policies/procedures- it is not ethics approved which I don't know if that'll impact teachers unions circulating it- I assumed (irrespective of what the survey is) unions wouldn't advertise it but I guess I could give them a go

Use a research site such as Prolific and specify only teachers

thank you- I forgot to include in this post I was wondering about research sites so appreciate that- will look into it
