ULPT REQUEST: Be a legal menace to downstairs neighbour

I totally understand. I have a next door neighbor who is excessively loud too. Not just normal everyday noise, but actively trying to be loud. Based on the crap she pulls: sing karaoke. Have really loud sex. Slam doors, including shower doors. Repeatedly. One time I was in the shower (our bathrooms share a wall), and she slammed her shower door like nine times. If you have a gamer, turn up the volume on the really violent ones so they hear the booms and gunshots and whatnot from the game. If they'd hear it, make the garage door go up and down. Also repeatedly. Scream obscenities randomly. Stomp around. Play loud music. Sing loudly under their windows. Or just in general. She does both to us. I would say bang on the wall randomly but that won't work for you. Move furniture around at all hours of the night and day. Do laundry or the dishes at all hours. Bonus points for loading the washer wrong so it starts banging against the wall. Vacuuming works too. That's about all I can think of that my neighbor does to us. She's caused the renters here before us to move, as well as people in other buildings. She's a real joy to live by. So hopefully you can take what we deal with and use it to repay other crappy neighbors.
