I don't know about Brownells but I know other companies have been able to get off the blacklist. There have been amnesty offers at the end of the year that I've seen in this group. The vendor has to make certain promises to get off The blacklist when the amnesty offer comes around. Bucking Horse Outpost took advantage of that offer one year to get off the blacklist.
