Is your street covered with letter on recycling day?

I’m fed up with my street looking like a rubbish dump after the recycling bins/bags have been collected. There seems to be little to no effort made by the collectors to leave the streets in a tidy state and it really disincentivises me to even bother putting recycling waste out. Not only this but I was walking the dog when the collectors were out: they would empty the green boxes into the truck and then throw the boxes back on to the path. No effort was made to put them back where they belonged and probably a lot of them end up damaged.
