Love mine, though it is definitely salty. It's in the exact same condition as the ones that used to be in my arms room.
Mine has a scratch on the rear lense, and is definitely warn. Buying one for nestalga/cloning definitely makes this a good buy. Buying as your primary optic....results may very.
Someone I know got one is cherry condition. I just wish they did a little more QA at wet worx and had a grade system. I think people would be less salty themselves if they could opt to buy a better condition one for slightly more.
You can buy an LEO less clapped out Trijicon MRO from AimSurplus right now for the exact same price, with warranty. These are cool, and I'm glad I bought one, but they could be sold more efficiently/more consumer friendly.
I get the general sentiment of WWT, these are military optics, and if you've ever served you'd know that pretty much all the optics are in a salty but functional condition. The issue is they're selling to the general consumer and not just vets/cloners, and if they want to uphold a certain reputation, they could be more consumer friendly.

I will say the one I received last time was functional. But we should be honest about what the buyer is actually getting. Mine starbursted horribly and the rear lens was so covered in micro scratches that the sight picture is blurry.
The outside of the optic isn't a problem for this price, but the other things I just listed are a problem. This is worse considering you can't pay to have it fixed through Aimpoint. I reached out and asked to pay for service and they responded with a no because they're army contract optics and they can no longer be serviced. I was advised to DRMO it.

I got one and it was beat to fucken shit haha. The brightness adjustment feels a little questionable too. However glass is good and battery compartment was solid as well. I got a comp m4 model. I don’t mind the salt, but I would have liked to see a picture of the batch before hand. It wouldn’t have affected my decision to buy one, but I’m sure it would have turned others away. Is that why you guy don’t update the photos?
