My husband found a foreign language album that he loves, I find it weird there is no artist listed. Is it normal that only the song writer is listed, not the person singing? (M/F not same for each track)

I was wondering if it is AI or studio produced with the song writer (male) altering his voice to a female range? I am so used to seeing track listed with writer/singer/etc it seems strange to see one with nothing other than written and produced by. Am I just out of touch or is it becoming more normal to see this in the music industry?

I thought it might be seen as promoting the album. It was more a hypothetical question about the music industry in general. I have googled the album, the named composer, but there is nothing saying who the singer is. The album is Italian songs 2, but it’s only available on Spotify so I didn’t link it.
