Standard Manufacturing SG 22 Pistol failure- Absolute TERRIBLE customer service

SG22 front sight fell off in <100 rounds, no support from manufacturer or dealer
Picked up a new SG22 and on the second day of ownership—within the first 100 rounds—the front sight literally detached during normal shooting.
From what I can tell, the sight is pinned rather than dovetailed, and it appears that either the pin wasn’t properly fitted or retention failed. This isn’t a wear issue—this is basic assembly/quality control on a brand-new firearm.
To make it worse, I’ve had zero response from the manufacturer after reaching out. No returned calls, no follow-up. The initial phone interaction I did have was unhelpful and dismissive.
Also contacted the dealer I purchased from—same result. No call back, no support.
So now I’ve got a two-day-old pistol that’s unusable due to a failure that should never happen, and neither the manufacturer nor the dealer is standing behind it.
For a firearm at this price point, this is unacceptable.
Anyone else seen front sight failures on these? Or had better luck getting support out of Standard Manufacturing?

I contacted Std Mfg, trying to find a magazine for my SG22, not being comfortable with just one. Tech support said I must email them for a response but I had already tried that with NO response.

Here’s a reply from the manufacturer on a new gun I purchased one week ago. This is the kind of service you can expect if you get one of there guns. BEWARE!!!! They are the worst gun manufacturing company currently marketing guns.
You did not buy a new firearm from us or a registered dealer so this is considered a used gun and it’s at our soul discretion if you if you had bothered to read the terms and conditions which you must agree to to even send this email so at this time, our conclusion remains the same you’ve abused the gun you didn’t you did not buy it new and there is no warranty this will conclude any and all correspondence with you Sent from my iPhone

Bought an S333 thunderstruck as a meme gun for super cheap, have had cylinder chambers with light primer strikes consistently.
Managed to roll out some burrs in the chambers to make them shoot consistently, although one still fails to fire every time.
Emailed them to send it in to be fixed like a month ago, still no response. Can't say I'm surprised, never heard anything good about their customer service.

They suck balls.
I have a standard tommy gun. Firing blade snapped in half. I spent months calling amd emailing.
Emails:no response
Calls: you get a cat who says he can't/won't forward you to the technician.
'if he answers your email, he answers. If he doesn't, there's nothing i or anyone else can do about it'

I’ve mostly been a customer and not a user of their support. My DP-12 and Switch Revolver have been trouble-free. I did order an accessory and it was shipped promptly.
