The story offered an unusual portrayal of the afterlife with "God" presented as a Puerto Rican steam bath attendant. Bill Bixby played a man who refused to admit that he had died. Valerie was seen taking a shower from all sides. Only a few PBS stations were adventurous enough to carry the program."

I’d forgotten I’d watched this. I was once bedridden for a year and a half(cerebrospinal fluid leak). I watched a lot of sleepers from the laptop on my chest.

First seeing her in 1978 as an 8 year old, I most definitely remember her for a couple of things. Miss Tess*knockers*.

I especially love his one when he realizes she helped Superman escape the kryptonite in the swimming pool. Comes up from the bowels.... misssss tesssssschmaCHERRRRRRRRRR?!!!
Also loved her turn in Cannonball Run. The two hottie gals thought they were getting over on a slobbering male highway patrolman and ........surpriiiiiise-- Eve Tessmacher with major CLEEEEVAGE!!!!
