Coswheel R19 power problem uart

Hi,
So i bought a coswheel r19 a few months ago. Built quality looks good and its great to drive and has good torque and speed. The only issue after driving up a mountain 2 times the motor already burned out. Reason is that they put way to much power i to the motor. Its stated 3000w continous 6000w peak. In reality its 100A / 8000w all the time.
Support was not helpful about how to reduce the max amprage. They did ship a replacement motor tough but even tough we agreed on it beeing shipped already assembled it came nake no tiire to sproket. ( needs special tool in extra long version to change the sproket)
The controller seems to be a lingbo controller model lbmc-h260-m11-r73-V0.3
Has anyone had any luck connecting lingbo software to it via uart? I found 4 pins that where closed of and they also have the matching voltages 3x 3.3v 1x gnd
I have already found that one pin with battery voltage is needed to wake the controller up. It also starts to flash. But i dont get any uart output on any of these ports also i dont know the right bausrate but testes everyone. Also tried putty but still no output. Any help would be highly apreciated.

Have you had any progress? I have the same controller without the bike. Is it possible to use it without lcd?

yes probably if you bridge the enable pin it should turn on and you can use the throttle.

Would you mind posting the pinout? Or at least tell me which one is the enable pin please. Some dude in Facebook posted the schematic but I doubt that it will be useful to you... However I saw in coswheel r19 Facebook group that they have found some mobile app that can change the parameters. I haven't tried it tho. Good luck :)

Hey i recommend you get statorade and a hub sink if you want that extra power back it should run it no problem

Most common UART coms are 9600bps if not surely 115200bps, remember either usually you need to change tx rx position because you expect rx on tx and viceversa to get communication, and for finish i got some software for that controller, but if you are sure you burn mosfet have no sense try.

Hi already tried swapping the pins. Also tried that baudrate. What kinda software have u got? Mosfet is not burned just controller also i have one brandnew controller behavibg exactly the same
