There’s a bunch of different flavors that vary wildly in price. Actual HK or B&T are $2-300 hundred generally. Other brands/clones can be had for $100-$150 (about the same price as a brace). I got a magpul collapsible on sale last year for like $80 from a 40% off sale.

Core has the tri lug, and LT just has a threaded barrel.
I got the LT bundle when it came up the other month. Was $1125 for the LT, 6 mags, sling, and cleaning kit. This is a blem, 1 mag, sling, but has tri lug. Saw earlier Atlantic had the same bundle for the core now, but it is $1350.

Totally anecdotal but I’ve heard those are pretty limited runs (maybe what LT stands for?). Regardless the few I saw on here were closer to $900-1100 depending on extras.

From my understanding, which could be wrong, the LT model started life as a 16” barrel that got chopped to regular size. Hence why they didn’t come with tri lug

I have the AP5-SD and AP5-M and they're both incredible. I've never had a misfire with either and the build quality is fantastic. Without seeing a Zenith in person, I'm 100% happy with the AP5's.
