Is this an accurate depiction of TQL?

The Snakes of Ohio: Stolen Wages & Stolen Lives
TQL isn’t just "aggressive,”it’s predatory. Their business model is built on extraction at every level:
The Carrier Squeeze: They are notorious for forcing carriers to waive federal transparency rights to hide massive margins, sometimes 44%+ while using "scorched earth" lawsuits and non-competes to trap employees and stifle competition.
Stolen Lives: A jury recently awarded $22.5M for the wrongful death of an employee’s newborn. TQL denied a doctor-ordered WFH request for a high-risk pregnancy, forcing a mother to choose between her insurance and her baby’s life.
Stolen Wages: It took a 13-year legal battle to prove they systematically cheated thousands of brokers out of overtime pay by illegally misclassifying them as exempt.
Is this just the "cost of doing business" for a Fortune 500 giant, or is TQL uniquely toxic?
