Honestly really good! It was obviously nicer fresh and would have been better with coriander, but the strong flavours of lime chilli and fish sauce went really well with the fruit and vegetables

they were cold. i made the tactical error of storing them with salad which i couldn’t reheat (warm salad is too far). i promise they were crispy when they actually were cooked!!
