Unneutered ar15 lower parts kits, they're worth a little more than half of that to the fraction of a percent of people that have any use for them.

They have auto sears and the rest of the corresponding trigger group, yes.
They're perfectly legal in most of the country because the parts past trigger/hammer/safety/disconnector don't fit in a semi-only modified receiver. You can use those parts, you'll just have safe-semi-failure to fire or safe-semi-semi again with a semi auto disconnector.
