Anyone living at Jefferson at Grandscape? Thoughts?

Been looking at it myself tbh The woman from the leasing office said there was concrete between the floors but I remember watching this get built and I never saw them put concrete between floors but also to do so requires more support than just wood framing and I can guarantee you this was made with wood framing.  Regardless, I really like the layout, I love that it has a pantry, I like the closets and kitchens, etc. But I couldn't bring myself to lease it when I toured it because there were so many sus things.  Here is my list of things I saw that caught my attention: 1. The perfume smell on the 1st floor (which is appearantly also on the 5th floor) kind of smells like poop and even though I wasn't in the office that long, it binded to the mucus in my nose and I was smelling it for about 4 hours after the tour.  2. I peaked inside the trash room when I was there and it was absolutely stuffed and there was lots of trash not inside of bags. I'm not going to say where I live now is perfect but I've never seen the trash room so full of shit.  3. They force trash vallet service on you... like bro I'm not paying an extra $$ a month for your cousins business, I'd rather walk to the trash shute. 4. The garage was very narrow and 3ven though I drove in and parked in the visitor parking, some tesla driver came around a corner going to fast and almost hit me.  5. I read the reviews and it seems like 50% of the positive ones are about the leasing experience and not about living there.  6. I mentioned it to my coworker and he said he has a buddy that lives there, his buddies only complaints that he knows of was the noise from truckyard and that noise is an issue,  he hears the person above him walking, their dog walking, and he hears the couple next to him watching tv / having intercourse.  Honestly most apartments suck with noise so I was considering looking over that but pair it with the garage, trash, and truckyard (which is something I didn't consider when I toured it) and I'm leaning towards a no but I also haven't found an apartment that I have a strong desire to lease so there's that...
