Sure, it's a decent buy, but one that's always available.
These are good for aimpoint comp/m2 at home, there are superior $100 dots in the sig r5/msr and holosun 403/503 (not the aro) that are also usually around $100. They're clearer, more reliable/durable, smaller, with generally better mounts.
