Anyone have any experience with this company? I’ve gone back and forth with the customer service a few times and I’m just feeling iffy. TIA 🙂

I have two jaision e bikes, No complaints. One has over 4000 Miles and never been in the shop. I ride my bike as my transportation Everywhere, No issues

I suspect this is an account specifically bought (taken over) to promote Jasion bikes looking at their post history and patterns

You likely won't be able to return it. They will help with missing parts though.
In my situation, they responded to one of the screws being stripped (though their first email showed they didn't even read my initial complaint which had all the details). But then when trying to return (a day later) they ignored me and have ignored me since. I then responded in the original thread with about my request to return and they ignored as well.
The return window is now almost running out.
Frustrated, I looked up reviews about this situation and it's apparently common just not on their website (where I have heard multiple times now that they delete bad reviews)

they actually have a dealer in tucson, who is also able to do repairs and support warranty. seems like what is needed in this market. too many "buy then your on your own" bikes. But Tucson electric scooter repair is a dealer and you can see the bikes and even ride them in some cases befotre you buy them.

Customer support sucks. They will try to give you the run around until the time to actually do something is up. I'm lucky I caught on quick to what they were trying to do. I bought a ebike from them but cancelled the next day because the ebike was not street legal in my state. I emailed them and they emailed my back saying they would cancel the order (never sent anything) and issue a refund 10 to 15 business days. I wait 3 weeks email them again. Again they give me the runaround telling my to wait a couple of days. I wait a week and no refund. Finally they said a couple of hours, I wait a day and nothing!
What I finally did was issue a chargeback dispute with my credit card company Discover and then Jasion has the audacity to issue a repost on my chargeback even though they never sent me their product and said they would issue a returns a month ago!
Don't buy anything from Jasion lesson learned.

For what it’s worth, I love my Jasion Hunter Pro. I had to reach out to customer service when I first got the bike for two reasons. First, I couldn’t get registered on the app, but eventually figured that out myself (the app sucks so I don’t use it now). I also had a dent in the front wheel. Nothing major, just a small dent that probably happened during shipping. It took a little back and forth with customer service, not much at all really, and they sent a new front wheel and tire. The original damage isn’t bad enough to need the replacement, so I’m keeping it around for later down the road. But ultimately, I had a good experience with their customer service. I also thought I’d only ride the bike occasionally, but have put over 1400 miles on it now since last October. Hope you can get your issues resolved and enjoy the ride!

Low end bikes, low end price, low end support.

Thats not true. Freesky is on the lower end. 1200 or so. There customer support is top notch, they have a fb page they interact with, and you can get replacement parts for your bike on there web site. I have coming up on 2 thousand miles on mine. Not a single problem.
If its your first ebike, you dont need a three thousand dollar ebike. I have seen just as many issues with the high end stuff that the low end stuff has. Its a battery with moving parts, things will go bad.
Frustrates me when people seem to think you have to spend a bunch of money on a ebike. That is simply not true. I have seen LOTS of low end bikes getting lots of love from there owners. My lower end bike, something happens, I will replace it using the same company.

They may have good customer support, but even freesky uses bottom on the barrel parts you would find on a Walmart bike. Sure, it will get you around. But I wouldnt enjoy doing the 300-600 miles I do a month on that. It would need constant brake and derailleur adjustment. I also wouldn't trust the battery as they dont mention what cells they use.
Aventon, Lectric, and a few other brands have bikes around the price you listed and have a much better reputation. They also have components that are a few steps up and will hold up better.
I glad you enjoy your bike. But if you need replacement parts I would look elsewhere. I price checked a few things freesky had listed by searching with Google Lense. Their prices are consistently high. A few things, like anything in the gear train, can be upgraded for a very low cost as you go.

Yup, yup and yup. Jasion is a more recognizable name than Random Alphabet String but that doesn't translate to any better reputability.

They spend their money on marketing not customer service. Almost every single "REVIEW" video on YouTube is sponsored or reviewer received the bike for free. If you look up anything ebike related you will be swamped with ads for Jasion. I looked into them before buying my first bike in November and I'm still seeing ads.
