Most decent webcams will let you toggle mirroring in software, so you can turn it off and get a normal non flipped view. Try to find one that’s easy to position at eye level, it makes a bigger difference than specs tbh. I’ve been using the iContact Camera and it’s nice for that since it sits at true eye level, so you look more natural and less off during meetings.
