This is still my favorite movie of all time and has been for many, many years now. It's just a perfect combination of elements. Comedy, adventure, even stuff that terrified me as a kid. Best villain performance ever from David Warner as Evil. And it has such a dark, existential ending. I love Terry Gilliam movies.

I haven't watched the UHD of Baron Munchausen yet but I was *really* pleased with the Criterion 4ks for Time Bandits and Brazil. They look great.

Probably unpopular opinion but Lisa Kudrow didn't do this show any favors. All I got out of her was Phoebe from Friends round two, fantasy boogaloo. It became such a hard watch so early in I couldn't even finish all the episodes.

It was ok, some episodes were much stronger than others. Lots of Monty Python references if you look for them. I think Taika Watiti/Jermaine Clemente strayed a bit too far from the original source. While I liked some of the additions, I hated the ending, the ending in the movie was so 80s epic, the ending in this just kinda fell flat. I'm a big fan of these guys' stuff, but it can be kinda hit or miss at times.
