A lot of these posts are based on speculation rather than verified information. Decision about something like the Strait of Hormuz involve multiple countries, international law, and complex diplomacy not just one nation acting on another’s request.

Basically this. As much as I detest the actions of the orange imbecile, the blockade of the Hormuz can (and most likely will) negatively affect many of us in countries that have had nothing to do with any of this.

> international law Oh please. Did international law factor into kidnapping Maduro or assassinating Khamenei? Did it play a factor in murdering 150+ school girls? "International law" is a joke.

Well, its not exactly the same. But based on my observation they're very similar in wealth and living standards as the US. Especially when it comes to personal space, the most popular type of house there is detatched.

Ah in that way, not sure I entirely agree but fair enough, figured you meant something about how we are as people. Which would imo be a pretty big stretch having lived both in Denmark and Texas.

Their living standards are the same because Denmark has a small population so they all get a big share of land, resources and government gibs. The US has a disgusting amount of resources that no matter how hard they tried to waste them everyone still gets a bunch. Same result, different methods. If you want an analogy, imagine Denmark as having 100 lego bricks and them building in the most efficient way possible for maximum height, and the US getting 1000 bricks and throwing them in a pile that happens to be the same height as the other buiding
