I am 16+ year SWAT officer and patrol rifle instructor who also owns a small tactical sling business. I make a variety of rifle slings and shooting bags in an assortment of colors, including variants of Multicam and M81 Woodland. My sling models are overbuilt for professional use.
I do a lot of custom work by request. If you want something that isn't listed on my website, like a different color pull tab or a padded section added to one of my sling models, just send me a message or add it in the notes section of your order.

Just to piggyback off the novice thread, are the sling attachment points interchangeable? Like can the HK hooks be swapped for QD swivels at any point?

All my Two-Point sling models are completely interchangeable as far as mounting hardware is concerned. I do not sew in mounting hardware (but will if you ask). I use triglides so you can switch attachments out to your liking. The exception is the 1:2 Conversion Bungee Sling. Those are set in stone due to the design. If you have a AD attachment on your sling plate (behind the pistol grip) then order the QD version of that sling.

Hey as far as the HK hooks vs Trigger Snaps, is it all just personal preference? Or is there a marked advantage to one system over the other.

I cover it in the video but the short version is that trigger snaps are really quick and easy to attach but IF you put them on backwards they MAY detach if the trigger hooks on your gear. So you need to ensure the trigger is away from your body when slung. They are great for weapon platforms you attach and detach from the sling often. Like smaller rifles, sub guns, less lethal platforms, 40mm launchers, etc.
The HK hook is a little more tedious to attach and is a little larger but is very reliable. They also put up with a LOT of abuse (but I have seen one fail).
QDs are great but even high quality ones (which I use) can fail. You need to ensure you are using them on a quality sockets and even then quality sockets can wear out. My duty rifle is a DD Mk18 with a RIS III. The QD attachment point on the rail WILL immediately fail and that is after almost zero use. My advice is to give the QD a good tug after you attach it and add some oil to your QD attachments from time to time to insure they are working well. Also don't be surprised when they fail. Just replace them with a reputable brand.
The only sling attachment that is 100% reliable in my experience is the loop the webbing through with a triglide. You can not remove it quickly but it will never randomly break or detach.

I had to look it up. That is just paracord with extra steps BUT paracord is perfectly valid and a good choice. You can use paracord to mount any sling damn near anywhere but it won't be quick detach. It is quiet and reliable. If you wanted to use that approach with one of my slings I would just select "None" for front and rear attachments. I think looping the webbing through the stock would be preferable as the rear attachment but paracord attached to the forend is a great choice for the front. An extra one inch D ring to attach the paracord to would make it cleaner. If you want pursue this just put "Front paracord attachment" in the notes section. I will throw in a D ring and length of paracord for you. No charge.
