Was filling up and saw this sitting in the fuel island. I pointed at it, laughed and told the guy in the next pump that whoever was using that had a needle d!ck. He turned red as the pilot sign and stormed off.

No education usually means prison here in the US. Cheaper to incarcerate than to educate plus they make money off you 2 different ways. Stock market and fed government pays the states. Private prison has stock options and are publicly traded companies, make contracts with each state wanting it 90% full at all times.
