All I want to do is create NSFW (uncensored) content for myself locally on my computer. I’m tired of all of these paid options just taking too long to understand what I’m asking them and ending up paying tons of money for nothing.

If your new I would go with Kobold. It can do LLM for story generation, all types of AI images such as SD/Flux/etc along with vae and Lora loading, can do text to voice and finally video.
It has more than enough settings to get lost in without really overloading you and is very simple to setup.
So yeah, to me for starters Kobold is currently the easiest and best overall.

Here is a link to their github where you can download from. Very easy to use, my only issues have only ever been getting good audio creation to work, the rest works without issue.
Includes things like character cards you can download and use, etc.

Yeah, Kobold don't care as long as the model you downloaded for LLM or image is uncensored.

are you talking about text? a local LLM to run?
are you talking about image or video generation?

yep then r/StableDiffusion is the way to go, specifically you wanna look into "ComfyUI" as it offers the easiest way to install and setup both image and video generation. You can ask any AI bot how to do the prompts, usually it's built up of a bunch of key words and vague descriptions i.e. "1girl, 4k, hd, f1/16, running on a beach"

I have been searching. For a few months now. None of which has given me a local ai generator that I can feed content into to create my own content or even use whatever has already been fed into.

ComfyUI for your local software and CivitAI for models and LoRAs.
Ask any AI or google for a tutorial on how to install Comfy portable (not desktop), browse Civitai for examples of images you want to create, look on the right side for details on which models and what prompt was used.

I like how you didn't even specify what kind of nsfw content you want to produce (Text, Speech, Video, picture?), what topic we are talking about (Gooning, Hacking, War, gore?), what hardware you are running, and which services you used to utilize in the cloud (to know what you are expecting from your local models). I won't make the old "If you don't even put that much effort into research, you probably aren't the target user for local deployment with performance tuning, debugging and all that stuff.". But you really should add more details in this (or a new) post, using your own words (not AI!).

Sorry, I would like to create images and videos for Gooning. It’s a simple search, I just don’t know anything about ai to program my own from scratch. But I do have the ability to feed it models and samples for it to learn from.

Fluxx 2 is solid and only like 9B. If you have enough ram it will run on a CPU.
