I dunno what's with the negative responses re performance. At the rush of rehashing the last few years of reddit testing etc, this can is very muzzle device dependent for performance.
Fwiw my inconel helios qd holding up great. Have the huxwrx flow 556k and 762, and this still gets rotation on my 6.5 bolt action and 300 blk AR. Quieter / less gassy than my sig srd can on a 300 blk rattler. Just my subjective experience.

Totally use case dependent. These (Ti version) were mostly sold for 556 do-all, as you can run 30 cal too. They kinda replaced a sandman. Now I'd say odb kinda hits that role. But if you just want 556 there's a plethora of options.

Like, there is no universe where the HUX FLOW 762 is quieter than the Polonium 30, but the way they report is meant to mislead the user into thinking so.

I have no experience with the helios but have also found the numbered ranking system difficult or impossible to use to predict how a can will sound or whether a can will be satisfying or not. The NT4 for example is a can that really sounds great to me, and sounds pretty impressive but it didn’t do too well in the rankings. The flow 556k which sounds kind of harsh I want to say did better. Of course the nt4 was a loaner can from trex arms I think and possibly very heavily used. So maybe that had some impact.

You have to read through a white paper to realize their rankings arent based on absolute quiet, but rather, "experience," which they won't disclose how they quantify rather than "muh science!"
Someone who hasn't read the white paper and just peruse the rankings would assume "better Pew rank is quieter" but that's not true. What if someone doesnt care about backpressure performance or "tone" and just wants peak DB, which coincidentally is the one metric Pew actively avoids weighing in their calc.

Not sure why a "hearing protection" metric would imply lowest dB SPL - of course I've made money with my ears, so audio exposure limits are already part of my life.
The old crowd repeating "under 140 dB is hearing safe" never had a clue what they were talking about. ( 140db is a single incident, once a day metric, not a magazine of "incidents" )

I’ve seen people over at NFA stating they see no possible way PS could be biased. Another big red flag. Having some skepticism is healthy. Look at what happened to CGS.

To be fair, I’d bet most suppressor buyers aren’t really looking for “absolute quiet” though, or even peak DB reduction, because every can is a trade off. Gas, weight, length, DBs, tone, price, material, lifespan, etc are all factors too. Jay and Pewscience is the best objective rater for cans that we have, if you don’t think his reviews are worth the time then don’t pay attention to them. As this can shows, there’s nuance in them, because the Helios isn’t great on 5.56 but was fantastic on .308.
Also the actual reality is that besides weight and back pressure/gas, the huge majority of cans are generally fine IMO. I’ve liked every can I own, they just do different things on different hosts.

It's a can made for the m249 and have seen only one video where it sounds great, I plan to use mine on a 300 blackout straight pull upper build here soon and I'm ready to see the results.

It is purpose built around high gas pressure and muzzle device redirected blast. Good can for what it was designed for, not so great for general purpose.
Prepare to be disappointed with 300BLK subsonics, might be ok with supers.

Im using a 300 blackout barrel recontoured to accept a mp5sd style setup, the Helios won't be taking the brunt of the initial gassing as I'll be using a brt bravo adapter to help with the first part. I'll eventually find a better 308/556 can when the time comes but for the most part it's being used for this side project cause it's there already.
