Can someone confirm the legality of this PC use scenario? Is it a violation?

Hence why I said it's up to you how you wanna do it. I.e. meaning you don't have to DUH! Just another option of what to do. How i do things here was how I was taught by our 1 and only trainer who's actually paid to train the drivers (we get paid by the load and he's paid higher than that for training status) he's been inspected far more times than me at this company and no problems there either for him so once again how you do things is and if you feel the need to waste your clock for OD this and OD that is entirely up to you... Furthermore I'm a fuel hauler. Use the same trailer every time and don't unhook from it or have to rehook to it and unlike you steering wheel holders I load and unload my own trailer 🖕 OHHH and also unlike you steering wheel holders i dont have to check in with shippers or receivers so why bother logging "OD" when it's pull up to the gate, go off-duty, wait for gate to open, speed limit at most of the facilities is 10 so going below 5 is acceptable too, pull into whichever bay i need to load, hook up, load, unhook, get my bol's and leave Was just simply stating in previous statement why I didnt need BOL #s for those days... obviously you failed to catch on to the part where I mentioned only time I go OD is for pretrips or post trips... I was logging post trip and pretrip for each trailer I was unhooking and hooking up to 🤣🖕🤣🖕 just like 1 of those days the DOT person questioned why no BOL # he didn't ask why there were 2 trailer #s and Blue Tape as the 3rd trailer #. That trailer was being sold and didn't have any other identifiable markings, not even a trailer #.
