If every question is being removed then maybe the parameters for qualified posts are a bit extreme. Am I right? Is this a question?

This was mine : I am more define than abolish. I think there still needs to be some police for crimes but it should be shrunk down and a lot of responsibilities the police currently have jurisdiction in should be divided out to other departments who can specialize. If I call to do a wellness check should some armed guys show up or should it be some social workers/ mental health experts? I think a big issue with American culture right now is we are constantly looking for a one size fits all solution when expertise and specificity should be implemented. This also leads to a lot of police officers not following the law correctly because we are expecting them to know every law in existence while working. If we had people who just handled traffic all they would need to know are laws pertaining to traffic. It’s much more reasonable to divide and conquer the responsibilities of a police officer than to put all of those responsibilities on all police officers.
