Nevada FRT legality?

I see very conflicting statements about the legality of FRTs in Nevada rare breeds website " https://rarebreedfrttrigger.us.com/is-the-rare-breed-frt-legal-in-your-state-2025-state-by-state-guide/ " states they are legal but some other websites say otherwise. many FRT/super safety manufactures still ship to Nevada were as some don't is there anybody that has a definitive answer? I know Nevada NRS 202.274 but the wording is extremely vague.

Partisan triggers won't ship to NV so I would say your out of luck.

Dealing with this now, I have a defective unit and they won’t ship any replacements to NV. NV restricts full auto devices like many states. The FRT is simply not that so I’m confused why they won’t ship to us

I'm curious about this too. My buddy wasn't able to get one shipped but he was able to get one for an AR and a Taurus tx22 locally. I highly doubt a legit ffl would sell them if they were illegal.

I was just a gun down a few days ago and a guy was selling AR FRTs there, so there had to be some kinds of gray area for them now…I’m not 100% sure but I was tempted to buy one.

This is why we should not vote for Aaron Ford this upcoming election. He literally went out of his way to file a lawsuit against FRTs w/out consulting with the general public....
AATW702@reddit
Allegedly there are plenty of places that will ship their doohickies here
VanduraByTheRiver@reddit
any updates on this? I have been told several places that they can't buy in or sell to nv but if you own one it is yours to use.. for now.
And some retailers have not gotten the memo as I know for a fact at least 2 online retailers still shipping to NV as of 5 days ago... but a range in vegas that used to let you shoot with one installed, no longer allows them citing 202.274 and a potential orange jumpsuit for them allowing and you using one... so do you chance it or no?

I have decided that I’m just gonna hold off until there is an official ruling because I saw this instagram video “ https://www.instagram.com/reel/DXAy-gpiceD/?igsh=em82ZnJocXI3Nmll “ you can hear the cop giving alittle info. They didn’t get arrested but the cop had mentioned that it might be different next time. There are quite a few retailers that do not mention Nevada because I do not specifically think they are banned just kinda in a grey area but it could just take 1 misinformed cop to get you arrested so I won’t be taking the chance. Definitely sucks tho I just got an m16a1 I wanted to drop an frt into

well, since Las Vegas is now a state, I think I will hold off as well LOL

That’s the main issue is some company’s still sell here and some don’t there has been no clear answer as to if they are legal here.
Few_Training4799@reddit
Fudd arms and atrius and corn fire arsenal on Atlantic firearms are still selling em
zeromutt@reddit
Not a lawyer but thanks to aaron ford, distribution is prohibited in Nevada so no selling but possession is not banned so if you had one already its fine.
zeromutt@reddit
Thx to aaron ford “importation and sales” of FRT is prohibited in nevada.
So my interpretation is its legal to own one you just cant buy one or bring one over state lines. You probably wont get a straight answer without talking to a lawyer and i think thats by design
LopsidedResearch8400@reddit
So, im pretty sure thats a fake version of that site.
Just to be clear should someone come across it.
StressfulRiceball@reddit
Pretty sure NV is fucked. There's restrictions on anything that is designed to increase fire rate, using bump stocks as a blanket ban.
Gotta love wide and ambiguous restrictions...
