That form is only given later in pregnancy and is required by the employer to arrange mat leave. If OP is planning to "lose the baby" at 12 weeks (scummy thing to do), they'll never get asked for one.
So you came to this country expecting to lie in bed all day while money grows on the plants in your backyard, and when that didn't happen, you have decided to cheat and abuse the system that is put in place to help ACTUAL pregnant women live comfortably???
This is why people complain about immigrants. Soon pregnant women will have their rights stripped away cuz people like OP abuse the fuck out of any sorts of benefits while the citizens and actual hard working immigrants have to suffer.
How dare you even think of doing that? So you want to enjoy living in the uk but feel it’s completely acceptable to abuse our systems and take advantage of our workplaces? By LYING about creating a new life and then LYING repeatedly about death??

… I understand you’re struggling at the minute but this definitely isn’t the way to go about it and is actually pretty disrespectful to those mothers who genuinely do suffer from a miscarriage. I think you need a bit of talking therapy to hep you through.m and keep looking for other jobs. The job market is difficult at the minute though
