Is living year round in a tent in the UK actually realistic?

Invest in a good tent and try it. Don't sack off your accommodation and move all at once. Try it bit by bit, in all weathers, and see how it works in reality. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn't. A few things to keep in mind before you try it: - Bigger tents will give you more room, but will be harder to heat in winter. Not only because of laws and campground policies, but also because you are giving up brick walls and locked doors. - You will be giving up indoor plumbing, mains electricity, gas, and WiFi. These are things you will need to adjust and find solutions for. Some of these might be fixed by easy habit changes (charging your devices at work, cooking on a portable hob or campfire), some might be something you can fix with a little money (a good data plan for wifi), some are going to require major changes in how you even look at them (plumbing.
