Driving in silence.

I've done this during cross country trips. Not like, the whole time, but just to decompress. It's almost like a meditation. At least for me, this is kind of how it goes: 1. The first minute or two I'm breathing deeper and feeling a little more relaxed from the lack of stimulation 2. I start thinking of things to myself, like what I want to eat, other random things, that's like another maybe 15 minutes 3. Then it's long term goal thinking or getting into the real introspective existential nightmare moments for maybe 20 minutes 4. If it wasn't introspective existential nightmare, it will be now. 5. Once I sort that out and relax a little bit, then for hours I'll be humming songs and watching tv shows in my head 6. Then there's the kind of head empty relaxation, then I usually start an audiobook. It's kind of like a different kind of trip, now that I think about it.
