Is Peter Crouch hard up at the minute? Why is he in so many adverts at the moment?

I work in Film & TV and have actually worked with Crouchy on a few occasions for the Paddy Power commercials. Trust me, celebrities make way more than you think for cameos in adverts. Some of the figures are eye watering. There’s a thing called a ‘buyout’ when it comes to talent on commercials and for someone of Crouchy’s level of fame, I’d take a guess that his figure for each commercial is anywhere between £150,000 - £500,000 per advert. I’ve done at least 3 or 4 with him, so the figures are pretty easy to work out. The same goes for Idris Elba and Sky, I’ve worked with him too, his figures will be even more. This is why you’re seeing the Warburtons adverts (worked here too) with massive Hollywood A-Listers such as Samuel L Jackson and Olivia Colman. They will be on a seven figure deal, and those shoots were only 3 days long. TLDR: Easiest money in the world.
