I’m close to a Penske thinking if I should apply for a 82,500k annual as a “floater” driver , I’m currently doing reefer for 66k annual salary bit it’s very close to my house and it’s very easy light hours and a lot of weeks I’m just hitting 40 sometimes a bit under in hours and still paid for 40 hours

Yeah it's pretty accurate. Each account gets paid differently. Some hourly some component some miles and stops. It all depends they are a good company to work for. But some of the accounts they have can kinda suck.

It depends on the supervisor but most don't care if you want to work more they sometimes give out incentives to do more but depends on the account.

That's a pretty vague question. Generally they're going to quote the higher earners pay to entice new drivers. But Penske has customer specific contracts and pay accordingly. Usually they pay by the hour, so what they list per hour is what they pay on that account. If they get vague and list weekly or annual pay, then they're stating what the senior drivers with the most hours get.
