Price is fair for a trade-in 17M, they're not all that common. I have a feeling these are PD trade-ins, one of few departments who bought them, not FBI. Regardless, I grabbed one to match my trade-in 19M.

I can get a brand new Gen 5 Glock 17 for $469. I can also find a gently used (read: fired twice) G17.5 at any LGS for $350 out the door with a box of ammo.

These never ever do an when they say they do, they are lying. Glock acts like those internals are military secrets. All M's that hit the civy market are re-built with stock parts. (4 or 5 to match the generation)

Just as expected. I got a factory rebuilt G17.5 MOS with new night sights for about the same price as a standard G17. No complaints but I heard finding an M with the original internals is the real prize
