How does sale tax work on who collects? Ive seen some places with tax and others w/o tax. Is it all state based or sales volume based?

its both kind of! once you hit a certain sales volume threshold in each state (it varies) that state then requires the vendor to collect the tax. if the volume hasn't been hit in a certain state then the vendor isn't required to collect, however, the sales tax is still supposed to be collected but now the buyer is in charge. so yes some vendors haven't hit the volume in all states yet, but that just means the buyer is now the responsible party. so in theory, if the buyer never reports or pays it and the seller wasn't required to collect it, if that is discovered, the buyer is legally liable. (Horsey is not a lawyer and this is not legal advice and a very generalized explanation)

I’m not that worried about $70 on a $1000 purchase if it means I get to support a small business who answers emails and ships quickly. PMC is the better brand, not that fiocchi is bad. 124 is usually preferred, depends on what you want. Will have slightly smoother recoil, slightly slower velocity. If you're still unsure, go with PMC.

personal preference really, some folks like 115, some like 124, some match the grain weight of their defense rounds and the grain weight of their training rounds to mimic the recoil impulse as closely as possible. i tend to be a 124 fan but i'm a bigger fan of wahtever i can get the better price and quality out of!
