With 4/5G signal being so poor across the UK, should we not be entitled to compensation from network providers?

As above. I pay a good amount of money each month for my phone but with the poor network coverage in most places it’s almost impossible to use without WiFi. The same can be said about phone calls, even if my phone says I’ve got 4/5G it doesn’t mean I can actually hold a phone call without call failures several times. Is this something we can take to network providers as they’re not providing the service that we pay for?
